This sweet girl has a splash of sass!
The Ahoy Matey costume includes a red, white and blue satin-feel dress. Sheer puff sleeves, delicate trim and sequined accents are positively pretty finishing touches. An attached white petticoat and a sailor hat, decorated with sequined accents and anchor appliqué, are also included with this design. 2-piece set. Polyester. Hand wash.
Does not include shoes or stockings.

Title: I will not order from Costume express again!

The size I ordered was Tween 14/16 and I did add an extra allowance of 3"-4" but it seemed too snug and short in length. The material and colour is not as good as shown on the image. I'm trying to return and exchange for a bigger size as they have free shipping for exchange. To my disappointment, they do not have stock for a bigger size and they wanted to charge me for shipping for the return! I have thus ordered from another costume company.

Title: Short Waisted

I'm5'2" and usually a Women's size 4 or a teen 7/9. This fits well everywhere, but it's VERY SHORT-WAISTED. I'm adding a 2" ribbon between the bust and the waist, which is annoying but faster than sending it back.
