I should've read the description becuase I thought it was the whole caterpillar and not just the smiley face head.

Title: Easy cake decor!

I love to have the cake match the theme of the party and this item just makes that so easy! On top of that it is made of sturdy plastic and has a rattle inside so it will become a toy after it is done on the cake! So nice that it isnt a "use once and throw away" cake topper!
