Title: its not working

I bought this a couple of weeks ago for my sons first birthday thinking its going to be the perfect candle for him to blow out on his special day!Thank goodness I just tested it before his birthday to make sure it works and it DOESNT now i am so bummed b/c I don't have time to order another one before his 1st birthday!!!
