Title: CUTEST!!

My son loves elmo and so did all of his cousins at his 2nd bday party with this cute balloon. Elmo's eyes added the special touch....LOVE it!!!

Title: Ok product

When I got this balloon, it was folded so I figure it would do alright once it's blown up. For some reason the people at the dollar general store couldn't get it to stay blown up fully. They claimed there might have been a hole. Might have happened during shipment or just a coincidence but either way it stay up long enough for the party so overall I was happy.

This balloon was great for my son's first birthday. I added a few latex to create a balloon arrangement and it looked great.
