We had these for my daughter's party, everyone loved them even her uncle and her brother! Love the Cupcake theme!

These hats match the cupcake theme perfectly, but I had a hard time assembling the hats. Of the 8 hats in the pack 3 of them ripped while I tried to assemble them. Attaching the chin straps is easy if you can get the hats to fold correctly and the paper tabs don't rip. The hats that did get assembled were worn by the party guests.
