Title: strings popping off

I bought these hats for my child's birthday party. We were all wearing the hats for about 20 minutes when the strings started popping off. The strings are taped to the hats and fell off pretty quickly. The should be stapled or attached in some other way instead of using scotch tape. But, they were cute.

My daughter LOVES elmo, so these hats were perfect because it's a full picture of him :o) Celebrate Express also had these hats cheaper than the party warehouses in Houston.
