I bought these hats for my son's baseball themed first birthday party. The quality of the hat is just okay. (But the price is very reasonable.) The hats did not come assembled or with instructions, but all of the needed pieces were included.

These items were cheesy and fell apart in no time. And they are supposed to be suitable for kids? Ha!
