Title: Cute but no sound...

I expected these to make sound but they don't. Maybe it said that somewhere, but I didn't see it. But they were still fun and all the kids at our party loved them. I took the little cardboard flower cutout off, as it didn't match our theme. So they were simple and fun! They say "Happy 1st Birthday" when unrolled.

Title: No noise.

The blowouts looked good, but they did not make that horn-sounding noise that blowouts are supposed to make when blown. I received a full refund for them.
