When I recieved these hats I was disappointed. I didnt know I would have extra work to do by assembling these hats. I assumed that they would come assembled. I am still trying to assemble the hats all by myself.

He had a great day. A few of the kids just loved the hats and kept them on. They are your typical birthday hats. Picture was great and colors very bright
