Title: Rockstar Party Hats

The "2" Rockstar party hats are cute but I didn't know that they need to be assembled at home. It took me about 40 minutes or so to assemble 24 of the hats. They are cute but while I was putting them together I was thinking I wouldn't recommend them b/c of that.
