The item I ordered came packaged very well. Every piece appeared as in the picture. Shipping was the best!!!! I haven't used the items (because the party is Sept 18, 2010) But I can't wait....

I loved this!My 1 year old is very much into Elmo and he loved it!It was very age appropriate and very colorful.The only thing I did not like was there was no place to put where the party was at.

I purchased this package for my son's 1st year birthday party and found it to be amazing. I love all of the decorations and party supplies it came with. You get a great bargain buying it with this company than anywhere else. I will definitely be back for other occasions.

Both the invitations and thank-you notes are sturdy and have plenty of room to write additional information indide if you so desire. I highly recommend them. The price was fair. I will buy from Birthday Express again...in fact, I am ordering plates for my grandson's party yet, as well as the table covers, too.

I ordered this for my sons 1st birthday! Not only did it arrive quickly, it was such a great deal! It's absolutely adorable. The character candles are super cute. I priced each item individually on several other birthday supply websites and would have ended up paying almost double with shipping, for what I paid for all of the items that are in this package. I was missing one item out of the package... but I contacted customer service and they were so apologetic and corrected the simple oversight and shipped the missing item to me immediately. Great customer service! I highly recommend this product and the company.

This was perfect for my son's 1st birthday party. He LOVES Elmo and this package was adorable with everything that I needed. The ultimate pack had some things that were just not right for my 1 year old and I already had the party favors. The only thing that I wish was included was the thank you notes.

I bought this for my son's first birthday party, I also bought the giant Elmo helium balloon, he loved it! We noticed that he took interest in Elmo when he was 2 months old, so I told my husband we had to find a baby Elmo themed party. I found it here! I was so inpressed with how fast I got my order too! It was here 2 days after I ordered it. Now I am shopping for his second birthday party!!
