Title: Lazy- "Missing In Action" Ballons

I am delighted that Birthday Express is available online and it has served my famly well with soon to be five grandchildren. But this go around I a extremely disappointed with t ballons. Not just one bad packet out of seveal, but all packets were lazy,did not want to stay up and lost 1/3 of them while blowing them up. There was another party going on next door that appeared to have used a lesse quality balloon, but ours were put to shame inaddition to not having enough

Title: ordered 12 got 11

I ordered 2 packages of 6 and there were 5 balloons in one of them, which threw off the bundles that we made. not that big of a deal, but kind of is when you pay for something and don't get it.

Title: Wet and Old Balloons

Several of the balloons popped when they were inflated at the party store. The attendant mentioned they had liquid on the inside and seemed old. Would not order these again. The rest of my order was fine.
